WEBER processing systems

Rubber-coated sanding rollers are used for surface finishing and deburring. The sanding pressure is generated by lowering the roller relative to the preset workpiece thickness. As the workpiece enters the sanding zone, the rubber coating is compressed upward, and its restoring force generates the required sanding pressure.

Sanding rollers are available in various diameters and rubber hardnesses, allowing them to be precisely adapted to different workpieces and processing requirements.
