The TTSC offers up to three processing stations in several combinations.

Rubber-coated contact rollers are used for efficient deburring and surface finishing. The grinding pressure is generated by lowering the roller below the preset workpiece thickness, ensuring controlled and uniform material removal.

The contact roller is particularly effective for rough grinding and removing heavy, melted laser spatter. Its precise adjustment allows the grinding pressure to be adapted to different workpieces and processing requirements. Electric adjustment enables quick and accurate positioning, including adjustments during operation.

The unit can also be equipped with Scotch-Brite belts for additional surface finishing. Contact rollers are available in different diameters and rubber hardnesses, allowing them to be configured to suit a wide range of applications.

Technical Specifications:
+ Rubber-coated 40-90 Shore
+ Drive depending on the series up to 110kW
+ Electric roller adjustment and positioning

Features:
+ Use of different belts possible
+ Removes thick, molten laser spatters
+ Effective for rough grinding
+ Surface grinding

The WEBER multi-rotation brush is designed for uniform edge rounding of inner and outer edges. Multiple rotating brush heads are arranged side by side, with two intermeshing brushes per head ensuring consistent processing across the entire working width.

Its compact design allows the unit to be easily combined with other WEBER sanding technologies. The multi-rotation brush is particularly suitable for coated materials such as foil-coated or galvanized sheets, where reliable edge rounding is required without damaging or removing the protective coating.

Technical Specifications:
+ Drive up to 5,2kW
+ Speed frequency-controlled 850 - 1700U/min
+ Electrical height adjustment and positioning

Features:
+ Number of units adjusted to the working width, each with 2 tools
+ Working from below starting at approx. 450mm part length possible
+ Profile grinding disc with quick-change system
+ Side extension for easy tool change

The patented WEBER P2 planetary head provides an efficient solution for uniform edge rounding of inner and outer contours. Its single-row design features a large overlap between the individual tools, eliminating the need for additional oscillating movement.

The sealed planetary heads are designed for high durability and low-maintenance operation. The brushes continuously work at an optimal angle to the workpiece, ensuring efficient and consistent processing.

The overlapping planetary heads work seamlessly together without gaps, providing uniform edge rounding across the entire working width.

Technical Specifications:
+ Drive up to 5,2kW
+ Speed frequency-controlled 850 - 1700U/min
+ Electrical height adjustment and positioning

Features:
+ Number of units adjusted to the working width, each with 2 tools
+ Working from below starting at approx. 450mm part length possible
+ Profile grinding disc with quick-change system
+ Side extension for easy tool change

Slag from oxy-fuel and plasma-cut parts should be removed before the deburring process. Effective slag removal ensures reliable downstream processing while reducing tool wear and energy consumption.

The patented single-row, intermeshing WEBER planetary head system with slag hammers removes slag efficiently without requiring additional oscillating movement. The slag hammers consistently work at a 90° angle to the cutting edge, maximizing their impact and ensuring reliable slag removal across the workpiece.

Technical Specifications:
+ Drive up to 5,4kW
+ Speed frequency-controlled 300 - 1280U/min
+ Electrical height adjustment and positioning

Features:
+ Number of units adjusted to the working width, each with 2 tools
+ Tools with screwed tool holder
+ Side extension for easy tool change
