Whether shortline, longline, or Duplo sanding, the M series offers a wide range of finishing options and can also be integrated into fully automated production processes. Consistent results and reliable process control ensure the high surface quality expected from WEBER.

WEBER processing systems

Rubber-coated contact rollers provide controlled and uniform material removal for deburring and surface finishing. The grinding pressure is generated by lowering the roller below the preset workpiece thickness, allowing the process to be precisely adapted to different workpieces.

The contact roller is particularly effective for rough grinding and removing heavy, melted laser spatter. Electric adjustment enables fast and precise positioning, including adjustments during operation.

The unit can also be equipped with Scotch-Brite belts for additional surface finishing. Contact rollers are available in different diameters and rubber hardnesses, allowing them to be configured for a wide range of applications.

The WEBER brushing unit enables the use of specialized abrasives that are not available as conventional sanding belts. The brush rollers process the surface and, depending on the application, the edges as well.

The adjustable oscillating brushing system is primarily designed for longitudinal sanding. The brush rollers improve surface quality, modify surface roughness, and create or refine specific surface structures.

Boundless integration

The WEBER M can be easily integrated into existing production lines, enabling efficient and automated surface finishing.

In combination with an automated raw sheet storage system, the M series can also provide the required test samples fully automatically. This enables seamless integration into highly automated production environments while reducing manual handling and improving process efficiency.
