Wet deburring machine for punched parts

The WEBER TNA is a compact wet deburring machine specifically designed for processing fineblanked parts. It provides a cost-effective solution for deburring, edge rounding, and secondary burr removal, and can also be used downstream of surface grinding.

As the compact counterpart to the proven WEBER NLCA, the TNA combines a space-saving design with reliable processing performance and high-quality results.

WEBER TNA technologies

As an alternative to the compact P2 design, the WEBER P6 features a double-row arrangement with six brushes per tool carrier. An electric adjustment system enables quick and precise positioning. The unit can be activated, deactivated, positioned, and readjusted during operation via the machine control system.

Technical Specifications

The drive power is up to 2.2 kW per unit. The disc station features electric height adjustment and positioning for precise setup.

Features

The number of planetary head units is adapted to the working width, with six tools per unit. A quick-change tool system enables fast tool replacement, while the side extension provides convenient access for changing tools.

Low-maintenance and economical

Your advantages

With a working width of 300 mm, the WEBER TNA can be equipped with one or two planetary heads, depending on the application. High-quality servo adjustment enables precise and fast positioning for reliable processing results.

The machine features an integrated filter system within the frame, eliminating the need for a separate filter unit and saving valuable floor space. Modern control technology allows all processing parameters to be stored, eliminating the need for manual setup.

An automatic planetary head adjustment system compensates for tool wear during operation, ensuring consistent processing results over time. This enables the WEBER TNA to operate fully automatically in multi-shift production while keeping maintenance requirements and operating costs low.
