The WEBER multi-rotation brush is designed for uniform edge rounding of inner and outer edges. Multiple rotating brush heads are arranged side by side, with two intermeshing brushes per head ensuring consistent processing across the entire working width.

Its compact design allows the unit to be easily combined with other WEBER sanding technologies. The multi-rotation brush is particularly suitable for coated materials such as foil-coated or galvanized sheets, where reliable edge rounding is required without damaging or removing the protective coating.

Planetary Head “P2”
The patented WEBER P2 planetary head provides an efficient solution for uniform, all-around edge rounding of inner and outer contours. Its single-row design features a large overlap between the individual tools, eliminating the need for additional oscillating movement. The sealed planetary heads are designed for low wear and minimal maintenance, while the tools continuously work at an optimal angle to the workpiece. The seamless overlap of adjacent planetary heads ensures consistent processing without gaps.

Planetary Head “P6”
As an alternative to the compact P2 design, the WEBER P6 features a double-row arrangement with six brushes per tool carrier. Electric adjustment enables quick and precise positioning, with the unit being activated, deactivated, or adjusted during operation via the machine control system.

Flexibility and Versatility
Both P2 and P6 planetary head systems can be equipped with different tools to suit specific applications. Options include slag hammers, wire brushes, and profile grinding discs, making the WEBER planetary head systems versatile solutions for a wide range of deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing requirements.
