Its robust construction makes it suitable for continuous and multi-shift operation. The spiral-grooved contact roller provides consistent sanding results, high durability, and reliable performance while requiring minimal maintenance.

With its versatile application range, the WEBER contact roller unit is an efficient solution for demanding sanding processes in woodworking machines and production lines.

The WEBER CBF combination unit combines precise material removal with high-quality surface finishing in a single sanding unit. A grooved contact roller provides controlled material removal and accurate calibration, while the CBF (Cross Belt Finishing) system creates an even, streak-free surface without visible oscillation marks.

This combination delivers both high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality, making it ideal for demanding sanding applications.

The contact roller is designed for precise calibration and flat surfaces. Its spiral-grooved design enables high material removal while ensuring accurate processing and a long service life.

The sanding pad is used for fine surface finishing on solid wood and veneer. Cross sanding processes the workpiece across the grain before sanding in the longitudinal direction. This crossing movement provides advantages over repeated longitudinal sanding and helps achieve a more uniform surface.

The cross belt operates at 90° to the grain, effectively cutting coarse wood fibers and creating an even, refined surface.
