The WEBER KSF is designed for demanding industrial applications, combining high precision, flexibility, and efficiency. With up to eight freely configurable sanding and brushing stations, it can be tailored to a wide range of wood, veneer, and lacquer sanding requirements.
Its modular design allows different WEBER sanding and brushing units to be combined in virtually any configuration, providing a flexible solution for efficient and consistently high-quality surface processing.

WEBER processing stations
The WEBER KSF can be equipped with up to eight freely configurable processing stations. Depending on the application, the machine can combine cross-belt and wide-belt stations, including contact rollers, combination units, and sanding pads.
Additional technologies such as WEBER CBF, cross sanding, and brushing units can also be integrated. Thanks to the modular machine concept, processing stations can be replaced or upgraded at a later stage, allowing the KSF to adapt to changing production requirements.
The WEBER contact roller unit is designed for precise calibration, pre-sanding, and fine sanding of solid wood and a wide range of wood-based materials.
Its robust construction makes it suitable for continuous and multi-shift operation. The spiral-grooved contact roller provides consistent sanding results, high durability, and reliable performance while requiring minimal maintenance.
With its versatile application range, the WEBER contact roller unit is an efficient solution for demanding sanding processes in woodworking machines and production lines.

The WEBER planing unit is designed for precise calibration and pre-machining of solid wood and panel materials. Its high-performance rotating planing shaft enables efficient material removal in a single pass, ensuring accurate thickness, excellent flatness, and reliable preparation for subsequent sanding and finishing processes.

The WEBER combination unit combines the material removal performance of a contact roller with the flexibility of a sanding beam in a single sanding station. This enables precise calibration followed by fine finishing, making it ideal for applications requiring both high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.

A surface free from visible oscillation marks is a key indicator of high-quality sanding. WEBER CBF (Cross Belt Finishing) technology achieves this with a transverse pressure lamella belt integrated into the wide-belt sanding station.
The pressure lamellae continuously interrupt the contact between the abrasive and the workpiece, preventing the oscillation marks typically associated with conventional sanding belts. The lamella belt runs without a control system, compensates for workpiece tolerances, wears evenly across its width, and can be replaced quickly and economically.
