Deshalb arbeiten wir kontinuierlich daran, unsere Prozesse zu verbessern und ressourcenschonender zu gestalten.
Was wir konkret tun:
Bewusst mobil: Mit unserem Dienstradleasing-Programm bieten wir unseren Mitarbeitern die Möglichkeit, auf umweltfreundliche Alternativen wie Fahrräder oder E-Bikes umzusteigen. Weniger Emissionen, mehr Bewegung – eine echte Win-Win-Situation.
Flexibles Arbeiten: Durch mobiles Arbeiten verringern wir den Pendelverkehr und schaffen gleichzeitig eine bessere Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben.
Digitale Prozesse: Wir reduzieren unseren Papierverbrauch, indem wir in der Fertigung und Verwaltung verstärkt auf digitale Lösungen setzen – effizient und ressourcenschonend.
Aktiv und gemeinsam: Unsere Sportgruppen fördern nicht nur das Miteinander, sondern schaffen auch ein stärkeres Bewusstsein für einen nachhaltigen Lebensstil.

Unser Engagement ist mit der Zertifizierung nach ISO 14001:2015 belegt. Diese Auszeichnung bestätigt, dass wir systematisch daran arbeiten, unsere Umweltleistung zu verbessern. Aber für uns ist das erst der Anfang – wir wollen uns weiterentwickeln und gemeinsam mit unseren Mitarbeitern neue Wege finden, unsere Umweltbelastung zu reduzieren.

Das Managementsystem nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 und ISO 50001:2018 ist Bestandteil der unternehmerischen Abläufe, mit dem Ziel die Kundenzufriedenheit dauerhaft zur erhalten, die Prozesse, den Energieeinsatz und den bewussten Umgang mit natürlichen Ressourcen ständig zu verbessern sowie die Verringerung umweltbelastender Emissionen zu fördern.
Our products stand for reliability and further development. Compliance with the agreed customer requirements is ensured by regular series-accompanying tests throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Through competent and sustainable support of our customers during the conception, project planning and after commissioning of new production plants, we want to permanently improve customer satisfaction. Through this continuous exchange, we incorporate the customers' problems into our improvement process.
Our management system is evaluated at regular intervals through audits and management reviews and is thus subject to constant further development. Evaluation based on key figures and derived objectives promote continuous improvement and the reduction of risks.
We promote the awareness of our employees to pursue a process orientation. All internal and external processes are subject to continuous improvement. This is done by identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities in the process, as well as identifying and working on optimisation potentials of our quality assistants in the departments.
Our machines and systems correspond to the current state of the art. They are maintained and checked at regular intervals to ensure efficient operation.
In order to achieve our corporate goals, we employ trained staff who constantly deal with changing requirements. Recognising and maintaining the knowledge potential of our employees are an important prerequisite for this.
An important part of our value chain is the integration of high-performance suppliers. These are subject to our promotion and control in order to comply with the quality specifications.
Taking into account the requirements, we maintain an open, constructive and trusting relationship with our business partners, suppliers, employees, authorities and other interested parties. Our goal is to fulfil the expectations placed on us in a sustainable manner. To achieve this goal, the continuous improvement of the organisation is a binding obligation for us.
Through responsible use of resources, our environmental performance is to be improved bit by bit, specific energy consumption reduced in the long term and our energy-related performance increased in a continuous improvement process.
Compliance with laws, standards, official regulations as well as customer requirements and agreements are the basis of our entrepreneurial actions.
