Touch operation.
The machine includes, as standard, a 10.5" color touch screen operating terminal. Our guiding principle behind the development of the operating software was simplicity. We were able to achieve this through the extensive use of graphics in the user interface/operating terminal. All adjustments can be made and saved using the operating terminal. All machines are provided with a memory card slot for data backup. Integration in higher ranking control systems or interlinking with other machines is possible (upon request).
Touch+ operation (optional).
Touch+ includes a larger 12" screen and a more extensive software package. The utilization of the wide belts is depicted in a detailed, graphic diagram. The material processed is displayed in m2 (sq. ft.) and linear dimension to aid in determining abrasive life. The high speed of the screen allows the segmented platen functions to be represented in real time. To depict even more information, (e.g. for top and bottom sanding machines) a 15" terminal is available.
