Wet metal working

This series of grinding machines can be fitted with grinding rollers, wire brushes, Scotchbrite rollers and planetary heads. They work in the wet process with coolant circulation and must be fitted with a belt filter or a centrifuge for cleaning the coolant.

Used for deburring punching and nibbling parts as well as for laser and plasma cuts. For higher material removal capacities, the models with grinding rollers are used for rough grinding. The planetary head comes is used for edge rounding.

Depending on the application, both the processes can be combined in the required configuration. Wire brushes are used for achieving certain surface structures. Scotchbrite rollers for finish machining on special steel parts.
