Dry metal working of thin sheet metal

The grinding machines of this series can be fitted with grinding rollers, wire brushes, Scotchbrite rollers and planetary heads. They work dry and must be fitted with a dust evacuation system.

Used for deburring punching and nibbling parts as well as for laser and plasma cuts.
For higher material removal capacities, the models with the grinding rollers are used for rough grinding.

The planetary head is used for the edge rounding and the oxide layer removal. According to the preferred application, both the processes can be combined with one another in the required numbers. Wire brushes are used for achieving certain surface structures. Scotchbrite rollers for finish machining on special steel parts.
